The T Cell Subtype Profiling (TCSP) portal was created to enable researchers to characterize the abundance of naive, activated, exhaustion, effector memory, and central memory T cells in their human samples and facilitate the discovery of biomarkers.
In short, you can upload the whole transcriptome expression data for human samples to the TCSP portal and we will characterize the T Cell infiltrate present in those samples for you for free. By email, you will receive a table with that characterization as well as a barplot comparing groups, if applicable.
Characterization is possible via subtype Health Expression Models (sHEMs), which robustly represent each of the 5 subtypes listed above.
