From the beginning of your time with Cofactor, we'll have a customer-facing scientist ready to guide you through the process. If it any time you have any questions or issues, our team will be happy to help. Our goal is to make working with us a simple process that allows you to focus on the science you care about rather than project logistics.
In addition to having an experienced member of our team ready to help with your study, your project will be in the hands of a wet lab and analysis team that has set new standards for working with RNA, and was the first commercial laboratory to earn CAP/CLIA certification for RNA Sequencing.
Once you have samples that you think would be a match for ImmunoPrism, the best first step is to reach out to us, through:
However, as a quick guidance this page lists the several requirements for beginning a project at Cofactor. The first requirements relate to paperwork. We'll need a signed quote (or work order/task order - potentially defined by a Master Services Agreement/MSA), and a Purchase Order/PO (or payment). You'll also need to send in an electronic sample manifest through:
We'll also need the samples themselves. They should be shipped to:
Attn: Sample Submission
4044 Clayton Ave
St. Louis, MO 63110
One note is that we don't recommend shipping after Thursday (since we won't be able to receive and store samples on the weekends), and we always recommend shipping samples overnight and with plenty of dry ice.
The samples will go through our QC process and enter our queue from there. If you have any questions on our sample requirements, please take a look at our sample guide or feel free to reach out any time to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll respond as quickly as possible.
